Thanks to jdb968 for posting that error code. It has been sent off to the dev team so they can find out what is causing that error.

The team is aware of this issue and we working to see what exactly is causing it since we haven't done an iPhone update since the launch of the Rare Gems to the iOS platform.

Hopefully the issue will be solved very soon!

Hi folks,

We've been able to reproduce the issue a couple of times here in the office. What HAS worked for us is actually updating your Facebook app. That has fixed every instance of this problem here in the office including my own

Actually, I think I may have done this as part of a general update and I didn't realize that there was a connection. Thanks for working on this issue!

If you are having problems on the Ipad for the game logging in on FB, there is an update to the Facebook App. Once you install that it should work.

Update your Facebook App and that should fix your problem.

Starting yesterday I've gotten nothing but error messages when trying to play bejeweled. I tried restarting iPad, also tried reloading program. Still, nothing. Anyone find a solution for this?
