I was wondering would it be wrong to use a level editor made by a third party group if i bought the game? Because I know in bejeweled it stated that any modifications to the game through XML would be illegal. The reason i ask is because i want to make a level with it. I don't want to break any contracts though.

You are right that our EULA forbids extracting or fiddling with the game executable, and the EULA is the same for all of our games. We appreciate your asking for clarification!
