Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook: Loading, freezing or pausing

When I'm playing Bejeweled Blitz the game goes into slow motion and is behind in the moves. This makes it very difficult to play. Has there been any other problems like this? Thanks

have tried everything ..deleted cookies/cache...updated flash & shockwave player...but nothing works...

Please, somebody help me!

For the past week I have been getting the above message EVERY SINGLE TIME that I try to load Bejeweled Blitz.

It only happens with one of my accounts.
I have two, a business one, and a private one.
The business one will load b/blitz all the time.
The private one never.

We have 2 x desktop PC, and 3 x laptop, running either XP Home, XP Pro, or Windows 7.
All can run IE, Chrome and Firefox.

Cache, history and coockies cleared on all, and rebooted.

I have tried both accounts on all PC's and laptops on all browsers: -

The business one will load b/blitz all the time.
The private one never.

So, to recap -
one account on 5 computers, running 3 OS's, each with 3 browsers
Bejeweled Blitz will not load on any of them!

Anyone any ideas?
Any Bejeweled Blitz tech staff here?

Since the last Flash Update a few days ago Bejeweled has been almost unplayable. It loads without any problem but actually playing the game is awful, it sticks, is very slow and jerky and sometimes freezes for a couple of seconds. AAARGGHHHH!!

I play on my home PC and on my Laptop and both are exactly the same since the update, all cookies, cache etc have been cleared, makes no difference. HELP!!

Hi Nick,

I'm sorry to hear your game has slowed down with the new Flash update. Have you tried switching browsers? I updated Flash this morning, and I'm playing in Chrome; my game still runs normally.

It is slow to load,I can't get any points,it's slow and hangs up.Please Help!!!

As of this morning (6/16/12), the game will not load. In fact, none of the games I play on Facebook will load. I have tried clearing the history and the cookies with no effect. I am running Windows 7. Is anyone else having this problem? Please help!

I am not having a problem today. If it were just Bejeweled, I would say it's the game itself, but since you are not able to load anything, the only thing I can suggest is to re-boot your computer, not "re-start", but shut down and re-boot. Good luck!

I've had the same problem. Using Firefox 13.0.1. I'll probably switch over to playing Mindjolt games until this is fixed.
